Hi Michelle, I appreciate your feedback, and can certainly understand your frustration about your key breaking, and the misunderstanding we had regarding your shipping. However, your box did ship within the 5-10 business day timeline specified on the made to order listing you had ordered from, and your refund was issued immediately as soon as I received confirmation that your return had been shipped. You are also correct that my shop name and the design you bought were both inspired by Candace, as I am a big fan of her work and art, but in no way am claiming to be her. Overall I am sorry the experience was so bad for you as I had worked really hard to make something I full heartedly wanted you to like. This has definitely been a learning experience for me that I hope I can grow and improve from.
